Andy kicked off the season at the top of November with a trip to New Orleans to review and photograph Voodoo Music Experience for Concert Livewire, which included performances by KISS, Eminem, Lenny Kravitz, The Flaming Lips, George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, Jane’s Addiction and Wolfmother (to name a handful).

On an Illinois Entertainer note, his recent interviews include Yoko Ono, New Order’s Bernard Sumner, Depeche Mode’s Andy Fletcher, Survivor’s Jimi Jamison and Traffic’s Dave Mason, all of which can be found on newsstands throughout Chicago.

For Hear/Say Magazine, he also caught up with Aerosmith’s Joe Perry, The Police’s Steward Copeland, plus OneRepublic, Tiesto and Ludo, each available in college bookstores and indie record stores across America.

Current interviews for IMAGE Chicago include back to back cover stories with “Hogan Knows Best”/“Brooke Knows Best” star and singer Brooke Hogan, alongside new Black Eyed Peas’ protégés LMFAO.

Andy also continued his role in Salem Press’ ongoing encyclopedia series, writing several extensive entries for Musicians and Composers, covering artists as diverse as Michael Jackson, Madonna, Prince, Tina Turner, Diana Ross, Elton John, Smokey Robinson, Phil Collins, Santana, Quincy Jones, Carole King, Mary J. Blige and Babyface.

And as always, there’s Andy’s current concert review and photography schedule, which includes shows with U2, Green Day, Beyonce, Britney Spears, Pet Shop Boys, Donna Summer, Jason Mraz, Jackson Browne, Pink, Natalie Cole, Kylie Minogue, Wilco, Don Henley, Devo, The  Ten Tenors, The Swell Season, Dave Koz and Star Wars In Concert.
